How do I preview data before uploading?

Overview

Previously, when uploading data, the entire data set would upload to an operation before you could tell which years, crops, fields, activities and data types were being uploaded. With the ability to preview your data before uploading, you can now review and select the data sets being uploaded, ensuring you get the right data in the right operation, every time.

Note: this feature is being launched as a beta release while we continue to improve the user experience and processing times. Depending on the monitor and size of the data file, it could take up to 12-24 hours for data to process in a preview, though in most cases it will be quicker.

  • Admin, advisor or editor permissions on an active Granular Insights operation
  • A supported data set in a .zip file or .7z format
