Role Switching

Granular Insights users with multiple roles must switch between different roles that they have in Granular Insights to access the relevant features and data in Insights, reflective of the role selected. Certain features are locked to the selected role.

You will have a separate role for each operation that you have been invited to (as a Grower). Additionally, Sales Representatives will have a role for their sales agency, to access operations they have been granted permission to. Corteva employees may see roles for the territories in which they work.

 

Process – Web
 

1. Log in to Granular Insights for Canada at https://ca.app.granular.ag
2. Click My Profile on the left navigation menu.
3. Select the role you would like to work in from the roles dropdown. Relevant features and operation data for that role will be available in Insights.
   
   
   
   Note:
   • By default, when you log in to Insights, you will be in the first operation you're a member of, alphabetically. For users with an advisor role (Pioneer sales reps, Corteva field team members, etc.) you will be defaulted to your first advisor role, alphabetically.
     
     
      
   • If you have a large list of roles, to quickly find the one you are looking for, open the dropdown and click ctrl + f to open the search and type in the role/operation you are looking for.
