My Profile - Account Settings

Configure account settings to update your name, set preferences for language, geography, units of measurement, and communication preferences.

 

Process - Web

1. Log in to Granular Insights for Canada at https://ca.insights.granular.ag.
2. Click on My Profile on the left, at the bottom of the navigation bar.
3. Profile - change your name on your account.
   
   
4. Preferences - change your language or unit of measure.
   
   
   
   
5. Notifications - select what type of communications you'd like to receive from Granular.
   
   
   
   
6. Click Submit when finished.

 

Process - Mobile 

1. Log in to the Granular Insights mobile app.
2. Open the navigation menu and click My Account.
3. Select and adjust the setting you wish to change.
