How do I hide and show pinned notes?

Overview

Granular Insights makes it easy to hide and show notes and photos pinned on your field. Use note filters to show notes from the past 30 days, 60 days or 120 days. Hide all pinned notes to show a clear picture of your field, or show all notes to easily reference your observations from throughout the growing season.

Process - Web

1. Log in to Granular Insights for Canada at https://ca.insights.granular.ag. 
2. In the Field List, select a field with a pinned note.
3. Click Notes  at the top right corner of your screen.
4. Under View Notes From, click the note filter that you'd like to apply.
   • Click None to hide all notes
   • Click All to view all notes
   • Click Last 30 Days, Last 60 Days, Last 120 Days to only view notes for that period of time

Process - Mobile

1. Log in to your Granular Insights mobile app.
2. In the Field List, select a field with a pinned note.
3. Select the icon on the top right corner of the screen to open the Field Options.
4. Select Show Field Notes to change which notes are being displayed.
   
5. In the Date Range menu, select which date range you'd like to see notes displayed for.
   
   • Select None to hide all notes
   • Select All to view all notes
   • Select Last 30 Days, Last 60 Days, Last 120 Days to only view notes for that period of time
