Download Operations to Device
Visiting a field in an area with limited to no connectivity, download the operations to your device to ensure you have access to the available data (layers and notes) while offline.
Process - Mobile
- Log in to the Granular Insights mobile application.
- Select the menu bar
on the top left of the screen.
- Select Fields and Notes on the navigation menu.
- Select the Download Operations icon
on the bottom right of the screen.
- Select the operation(s) you want to download to your device.
- Select Download to begin the download process.
Notes:- Data will download in the background
- The operations will be available offline for 72 hours
- Once the operation download is complete, you will be able to access all the data under Fields and Notes when offline.
