How do I reset my password?

Forgot your password? No problem! It is easy to reset your password in Granular Insights.

Requirements:

• Verified Granular Insights account

Process

1. Go to https://ca.insights.granular.ag or open the mobile app to login to Granular Insights.
2. Select Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email address or phone number associated with your account to send an alert to your email or phone. 
   
4. The link to reset your password will be sent by email or text, depending on whether you created your Granular account with an email or phone number. This is considered your preferred contact method.
   
5. You will be redirected and prompted to enter a new password. When satisfied with your new password, click "Change Password".

   • Passwords must be at least 8 characters and cannot include the text string "granular".                                                                                               

6. A confirmation message will appear indicating that your new password has been saved. Click "Sign In" to access Granular Insights using your new password.
