Where do I go if I need help in Indigo?
If you are experiencing technical issues within Indigo's website, there are three different ways you can find help.
- Chat with an Indigo representative
- Search for answers in Indigo's library of help articles
- Email Indigo support at customersupport@indigoag.com
Chat with an Indigo representative
Click the red circle in the bottom righthand corner and select "Send us a message." Type out your question and hit send. An Indigo help rep with respond within a few minutes. You can also use this function to send attachments.
Search for answers in Indigo's library of help articles
Click the red circle in the bottom righthand corner and select "Search for help." Browse through the list of categories to find the help you need or search for keywords in the search bar. Click the link and be directed to the help article.
Click your account name in the upper righthand corner to show the dropdown. Click the "Help" option to display links to the chat and help guide search, along with the email address for Indigo Customer Support.
