Machine Data: Failed to Upload to system

Issue: Upload dataset to Granular Insights and it fails with one of the following errors:

• Failed to get upload parameters
  
  
  
  
• Failed to initiate upload
  
  
• Failed to upload
  
  

Reason: This is a generic error in a service call that was made to the browser during a file upload. It could be due to a server side error or a network problem on the user’s side. 

 

Solution: Cancel the error and upload dataset again. If the problem persist contact support.
