Granular Insights Members FAQ

 

Q: Who has access to Granular Insights operations? 

A: Individuals who have been invited to the operation. Please note, all third parties previously invited to your operation will continue to have access unless you request that their access be removed. Please review those who have access and ensure their level of access is correct by navigating to Settings > Members (on web).

A: Members of your local Corteva team who support and provide service to the operation. This could include your Pioneer sales representative, associate sellers, territory managers, agronomists, strategic account manager and agronomy innovation manager, if applicable. 

 

Q: Where can I see who has access to an operation in Granular Insights? 

A: Under Settings > Members, you will see a list of all members who have been invited into the operation.  

A: You will not see members of your local Corteva team listed as they are part of the Insights operation to support you and are not invited members. For more information, contact Agronomy Innovations Support. 

 

Q: Can I remove the Corteva team from the operation? 

A: If you wish to no longer collaborate with your Corteva Team via Insights, you may delete your Insights account by going to My Profile > Delete Account. Deleting your account removes your email, first and last name, and phone number from Insights. If you’d like to request the deletion or anonymization of additional data, you may submit a privacy rights request through the country specific form located here: https://www.corteva.com/privacy.html#region. A: Member settings are now managed by the Corteva Team. You can access member settings to view members on the operation. Need to make a change to members on the operation? Contact a member of your Corteva Team.
