Removing Data Connection for Precision Planting Panorama
Issue: The Connect button is greyed out and indicates that the connection is already established when attempting to create a data connection to Precision Planting Panorama.
Reason: Panorama is already connected to that Granular Insights Operation or when the connection was removed on the Granular Insights website, it doesn’t send a message to Panorama to remove connection.
Solution: You can manually remove data connection for the Precision Planting Panorama connected to a Granular Insights operation.
Process:
- Log into Precision Planting Panorama
- Select your operation in the top right menu
- Select Manage Operation
- Select Data Sharing
- Locate Granular Insights and deactivate the toggle to remove the connection.
