Activity Filters/Sorting Options

Analyze your operation more easily with the filters/sorting options in Activities, drilling down to the specific data you want to view.

 

 

  1. Crop Year – select the crop year that has the data that you want to look at
  2. Edit Columns – available options are determined by whether you are on the Field List or Activity List
    • When Field List is toggled on:
      • Automatic Selection (cannot be unselected) – Field, Crop
      • Available for Selection – Variety, Yield
    • When Activities List toggled on:
      • Automatic Selection (cannot be unselected) – Activity Name, Field, Crop
      • Default Selections – Date, Product, Rate (unit/ac), Actions, Acres
      • Available for Selection – Wet Mass, Moisture, Data Type, Seed Treatment
  3. Hide Filters – you can minimize the filters you see by clicking Show Filters or Hide Filters
  4. Field List/Activity List – toggle on Field List for a condensed view of information or toggle on Activities List for a more in-depth view of information
  5. All Crops – all crops tied to a field are available to select to view
  6. All Activities – you can specify if you want to view as-planted, harvest or as-applied data
  7. Data Type – you can choose Planned (Flat Rate Plans or Variable Rate Plans) or Completed (Manual, Machine or Machine (edited)) data
    • Manual – user manually enters information representing what actually happened
    • Machine – machine data from a file upload or OEM connection
    • Machine (edited) - machine data from a file upload or OEM connection where the Activity Type, Rate, Crop Year or Product Name have been edited
  8. All Farms – view data for all farms or specific farms
  9. All Fields – view data for all fields or only certain fields
  10. All Products – view information for all products tied to a field or filter on specific ones
  11. Search – you can search for a particular field, activity or product to view
  12. Date Range – select a date range to see the data for a specific timeframe
  13. All Sources – you can choose between User Upload or any of the OEM (John Deere Operations Center, Case IH AFS Connect, Ag Leader AgFiniti Essentials, Precision Planting Panorama)
  14. All Monitors – when you have data from multiple monitors, you can select the monitor you want to see the data for. See a full list of supported monitors.
