Multi-Layer Overlay

Process – Web

1. Log in to Granular Insights at https://us.insights.granular.ag.
2. Click the Map Layers tab on the left navigation menu.
3. Select the field that contains the layer(s) that you want to view.
4. To view multiple layers on the map at the same time (multi-layer overlay), click + Add beside Multilayer View in the field’s layers window. In addition to your base layer, select up to four layers to view.
   
   
   
   

   Note:

   • • A base layer is required for multi-layer view. To assign a base layer, select it before clicking + Add for Multilayer View. It will be indicated in the Multilayer View window with the Active Layer tag.
       
       
       
       

     • Once selected, it may take up to 15 seconds for the layers to display on the map.
     • You can click and hold the drag icon on any layer card to adjust the order the layers are in. The higher the layer is in the selection list, the easier it will be to see on the map.
       
       
       
       
5. You can adjust Settings such as Displayed Crop Year or Displayed Attribute, Display Labels on the map and adjust the opacity for each layer, dependent upon the type of layer.
   
   
   
   
6. If you no longer need to view multi-layers, click Clear Multilayer View at the bottom of the Multilayer View window. You can also Clear All or remove a single layer by clicking the X beside the listed layer from the layers list. You can make updates to the Multilayer View by clicking Update.
