Next Generation Insights – Analyze Dashboard

Analyze product performance across one or multiple operations in your AAR. View current planting and/or harvest progress, product and field performance, product comparisons and product trends as well as compare what was planned vs what was planted.

 

Process – Web

1. Log in to Granular Insights at https://us.insights.granular.ag
2. Click Open New Insights at the top of the left navigation menu.
   
   
   
   
3. Click Dashboard on the left navigation menu.
4. Select the operations that you want to look at product performance for. Click Done. Select the desired crop, year and season to view.
   
   
   
   
5. You can also filter by field, farm and variety as well as by a harvested acres range.
   
   
   
   
   
   
6. Analyze the performance of your product/field.
   
   
   
   
   a)  Total Harvested Acres – view harvested acres vs planted acres
   b)  Top 10 Performers – view yield, harvested acres and yield compared to historical for top 10 performing products
   c)  Lowest 10 Performers - view yield, harvested acres and yield compared to historical for 10 lowest performing products
   d)  Product Comparison – compare products on a field, for fields where multiple products were planted
   e)  Planting Product Trends – view how many acres a product is planted on and see how it had increased/decreased year over year
   f)  Unfollowed Plans – view what fields where plans were not followed, what changed from the plan compared to planting/seeding data and how it impacted yield
   g)  Total Planted Acres – view planted acres vs field boundary acres
   h) Applications (planting only) – view application type and date applied by field
   
   

Notes:

• Top/Lowest Performers can be viewed by product or by field and you can add Historical yields by clicking Add Historical under the column Yield compared to historical beside the product if it is not already available; When clicking Add Historical, it will bring you to the Field Data tab where you can update the activities
  
    
  
  
• If you click on a field on the Product Comparison or Unfollowed Plans cards, it will take you to the map layers for that field. Click View all layers at the top of the layer window to select a different map layer.
  
    
  
  
• By clicking See More on the Top Performers, Lowest Performers and Product Comparison analysis cards, it will take you to the Product Analysis tab.
