My Profile - Account Settings

Configure your account settings to update your name, set preferences for language, geography, units of measurement, and communication preferences.

Process - Web

1. Login to Granular Insights at https://us.insights.granular.ag.
2. Click on  My Profile on left, at the bottom of the navigation bar.
3. Profile - change your name on your account
   
   
   
   
4. Preferences - change language or unit of measurement.
   
   
   
   
5. Notifications - select what type of communications you'd like to receive from Granular
   
   
   
   
6. Click Submit when finished.
   

Process - Mobile

1. Login to the Granular Insights mobile app.
2. Open the navigation menu  and click My Account.
3. Select and adjust the setting you wish to change.
