How does the cloud detection work?

Granular Insights utilizes a robust algorithm to identify cloud coverage in images, and images with greater than 5% are identified in the app alongside a cloud icon. In some cases, you may notice gaps in imagery on days when the cloud cover is so significant that it prevents the satellite imagery data from being processed, simply because these types of images are all white and have no functional value. Otherwise, you will have access to all the imagery that was processed for your fields.
