Why Can’t I connect to MyJohnDeere?
Your Insights account can only be linked to one JD Operation Center organization. There is a 1 to 1 relationship between JD operation and Insights operation. User must have the correct permissions in both applications (Granular + John Deere) to create a connection.
- User must be:
- An admin of the Operation in Granular.
- An admin of JD organization.
- User cannot connect if:
- JD user with "partner" role (i.e Granular support, Deere Dealer, Advisor etc)
- Granular user with "viewer" or "editor" role (will be viewable but disabled)
