Understanding upload error messages
If there is a problem uploading your manual data, an error message will be displayed in the dropdown box below the file uploaded. Click on the get help link and at the top of the window will show you why it failed.

File Not Readable |
Reasons could include: incorrect folder file structure, missing GPS coordinates, forgot to record, coverage vector only, file contained Rx’s, reports, or something other than field ops data |
Unsupported measurement units: [uom] |
Unit of measure not supported |
Unsupported year: [year] |
This file contains data from earlier than 2016. Insights supports data from 2016-present |
Unsupported activity: [activity] |
Activities other than planting and harvest not supported |
Unsupported crop: [crop name] |
This file contains unsupported crops. Click here for current supported crops. |
No engaged data |
This file did not contain any data where the implement was engaged. The monitor was likely on, but GPS data was not recorded. |
Unsupported harvest product: [harvest product name] |
This file contains data for harvest products not currently supported by Insights. Click here for current supported crops. |
Field boundary too large |
File contained data that covers too large of an area. It should fit within a square with a 2.5 mile (4 km) diagonal |
Multiple errors |
There are multiple errors associated with the file. Click on the status to view all error messages |
