View notes created for your Operation

Overview

You can view a complete list of pinned notes for your operation using the Granular Insights mobile app.

Use the operation notes list to see the pinned notes across all fields in your operation. You can narrow down this list by using the search and filter options. Or, from the Field Details screen, you can quickly pull a list of all notes that have been pinned to a specific field.

 

Requirements

• Access to the Granular Insights mobile app
• Access to a Granular Insights operation with pinned notes

Mobile - Process

1. Log in to the Granular Insights mobile app.
2. Open the navigation menu . Ensure that you have selected the operation that you would like to view the notes for. Click Notes.
3. You will see a complete list of notes for your operation.
   • Use the search bar at the top of the screen to search for a specific note by keyword.
   • Use the filter icon in the top right corner of the screen to filter your notes list by author or field.

To view a list of notes pinned on a specific field:

1. Log in to the Granular Insights mobile app.
2. From the Field List, select the field with the notes you would like to see.
3. Click the Notes button at the top of the field. You will now see a list of all notes created on that field.
4. Select a note to expand the thumbnail view and see the note details.

Additional Notes:

• Once you have clicked on a note from the note list, click to send the note to a member of your team.
• If you created a note, you will have the option to delete the note. Only the person who created a note and admins on the operation can delete a note. To delete a note, click the icon to open the Action menu and click  Delete.
• You can add a new note to your operation from the operation note list or the field note list. 

If you would like to view the notes for a different operation that you're a member of, open the navigation menu and select the operation that you would like to view. Then, follow the steps above to access the notes list for this operation.

 

Web - Process

1. Log in to Granular Insights Web.

2. From the Map tab top left select Notes.

3. You will see a complete list of notes for your operation displayed.

4. From here you can Make a new note, Search notes, Select a field, and also Select a note type and year. 

5. Also when a note exist on a field you can select the blue note pin from the Map, and get a quick view of the note, any comments, and any Images attached. You can also share the note.
