Download Operations to Device

 

Visiting a field in an area with limited to no connectivity, download the operations to your device to ensure you have access to the available data (layers and notes) while offline.

 

Process - Mobile

1. Log in to the Granular Insights mobile application.
2. Select the menu bar on the top left of the screen.
3. Select Fields and Notes on the navigation menu.
4. Select the Download Operations icon on the bottom right of the screen.
5. Select the operation(s) you want to download to your device.
6. Select Download to begin the download process.
   
   Notes:
   • Data will download in the background
   • The operations will be available offline for 72 hours
      
7. Once the operation download is complete, you will be able to access all the data under Fields and Notes when offline.
