Grower Identity Verification

 

Identity verification is needed when requesting a password reset or due to inactivity for 90 days or more.

 

Process - Web

1. Log in to Granular Insights at https://us.app.granular.ag.
2. Click on Sign in as a Grower.
   
   
    
3. Enter your email address and click Sign In.
   
   
    
4. Click Forgot your password?.
   
   
    
5. Enter your email address and click Send Verification Code.
   
   
    
6. You will be sent an email to the email address entered with a 6-digit code to enter for verification.
   
   
    
7. Enter the 6-digit from the email received and click Verify Code.
   
   
    
8. Click Continue.
9. You will be redirected into Granular Insights.
