Manually Update App on Mobile

 

Update your Granular Insights app to ensure you always have the latest features, improvements, and fixes.

 

Process - Mobile

Apple iOS

1. Find and open the App Store.
2. Select your Profile on top right corner of the screen.
3. Tap App Updates.
4. Tap Update All to download and update all apps with available updates or scroll a specific app and tap Update.
   
   Note:
   • Pull down to refresh the list

Android

1. Find and open the Google Play Store app.
2. Select your Profile on top right corner of the screen.
3. Go to Manage Apps & Device to expand the menu.
4. Tap Manage App & Devices.
5. Under Available Updates, tap Update All to download and update all apps with available updates or See Details to update specific apps one by one.
