Multilayer Overlay

Drive the best product performance and management recommendations by overlaying multiple layers on the map to analyze fields.

 

Process – Web

1. Log in to Granular Insights for Canada at https://ca.app.granular.ag.
2. Click Map on the left navigation menu.
3. Select the operation that you want to look at multiple field layers for.
4. Click the layer icon beside the field that where you want to look at a multilayer view.
5. Click Map Tools on the top right of the map and toggle Multilayer View on.
   
   
    
6. Select the layers in the Multilayer View window that you want to overlay.
   
   
   
   Notes:
   •  
     • Up to four layers can be selected for multilayer view.
     • If you no longer need to view multiple layers, remove layers by unselecting them in the Multilayer View window. You can also Clear all or remove a single layer by clicking the X beside the layer in the Map Tools Menu window.
       
       
        
     • The higher the layer is in the selection list, the easier it will be to see on the map. To reorder the layers, click the six dots beside the layer name on any card and drag it to the position you want it.
       
       
        
     • Some layers may take up to 15 seconds to display.
        
7. You can adjust Settings such as Displayed Crop Year or Displayed Attribute, Display Labels on the map and adjust the opacity for each layer, dependent upon the type of layer. You can also select which layer legend is displayed on the map from the map legend dropdown.
   
    
    
8. When finished with the multilayer view, toggle Multilayer View off to clear all selections.
