Enable Automatic Updates on Mobile

 

Keep your Granular Insights app up to date automatically to ensure you always have the latest features, improvements, and fixes.

 

Process - Mobile

Apple iOS

1. Find and open the Settings app.
2. Scroll to Apps and tap to open.
3. Select App Store.
4. Under Automatic Downloads, turn on App Updates.

Android

1. Find and open the Google Play Store app.
2. Select your Profile on top right corner of the screen.
3. Go to Settings near the bottom of the menu and tap to open.
4. Tap Network Preferences to expand the menu.
5. Tap Auto-Update Apps to open the selection window.
6. Choose your Data Preference, Over Any Network (uses mobile data or wi-fi) or Over Wi-Fi Only.
7. Tap Ok or Done to save the settings.
